To explain, think of HC"s image and Trump's image. HC is known for accomplishments and self-admit mistakes and husband's scandal. Trump is known for feelings he causes.

She is seen as a 'workhorse.' He has a popular personality. Her mistakes have been disected for decads. His are much less known and much less carred abowt. Because she IS a record of work and he IS a record of what is liked abowt him.

How does it happen that sometimes irrelevancies like personality overshadow capability?
