[camera catches Herr D throwing up his hands, titlebot samples screenshot and net history, medbot pings Shelob, Shelob sounds 'chime' to alert Herr D of activity] You are all right?
[startle reaction detected by microphone and camera] y You have not blogged.
[microphone detects snicker and subvocal 'they were worried AI would EVENTUALLY take over'] I know. My workload has beaten me down, my pay still isn't much over poverty level, prices are still high, and we still have a president claiming everything is better than it was and getting applause. Is that enough? Perhaps you could comment on Venezuela, ICE quotas, or the White House? You have been notified of those issues in the last hour. Why did you throw up your hands?
I threw up my hands looking at the AIA declaration. The insurance industry is salivating to take more money, Congress is MAYBE showing a little backbone in hopes of reelection by hinting at action toward extending the ACA, the military has soldiers caving and following illegal orders, U.S. allies are condemning our actions, citizens are protesting ICE, mayor's offices and governors are protesting ICE, and the ARCHITECTS are getting mad now? They think their professional pride is going to make a difference here? Please explain your emotions?
So, possibly bankrupting the average citizen is making Congress barely stir into action, our military is partially closing ranks over murdering people trying to surrender, immigrants worldwide aren't COMING TO OUR COUNTRY BECAUSE THEY HATE OUR PRESIDENT AND THINK OUR COUNTRY IS BEING RUN SO BADLY, and this association of professional architects thinks that they should run out on building a gaudy oversized dance hall? This is a little like, say, America being on the floor, kicked by a police officer, told they weren't going to get but one meal a day for their three years left in prison, America yelling about their friends who no longer come to visit this cell block, and the wimp in the next cell pointing a finger and saying they are now refusing to paint the walls.
Really?! You erased your tribute to KWS' song 'Blue On Black.'
[camera detects sudden stillness for three seconds] Wow. Good suggestion. I didn't know you suggested mood music. The suggestion was for a blog pic.
[both eyes roll] y Will you make one?
Maybe. I get off at 6am. Thank you. [exits chat, preps image insert, waits . . . ]
